Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Tesla Wrap Generator, an online tool for designing digital wraps for Tesla Paint Shop. By accessing or using teslawrapgenerator.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the service.

Use of the Service

Tesla Wrap Generator lets you create, preview and download wrap images for the 3D vehicle visualization in Tesla Paint Shop. Wraps are digital only: they change how your car looks on the touchscreen and in the Tesla app, not the physical vehicle. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Not Affiliated with Tesla

Tesla Wrap Generator is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. Tesla, Model 3, Model Y, Model S, Model X and Cybertruck are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. and are used only to describe vehicle compatibility. Paint Shop features and file requirements are controlled by Tesla and may change.

User Accounts and Registration

  1. Account Creation: Some features, such as AI generation, require an account. You must provide accurate information when you register.

  2. Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

  3. User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Your Content and Generated Wraps

  • You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts and images you submit. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload them.
  • You may use the wraps you generate for personal use on your own vehicle and to share them. AI output can resemble existing works; you are responsible for how you use it.
  • By making a wrap public, you allow us to display it in the gallery and let other users view and download it for personal use.
  • We may remove content that we believe infringes someone else's rights or breaks these terms.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Upload or generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes trademarks, copyrights or other rights
  • Publish wraps to the gallery that contain logos or characters you do not have rights to use
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the service, or attempt to bypass limits or credit checks
  • Scrape the gallery or the service in bulk, or resell the service
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Privacy and Data Collection

We collect account information, prompts and uploads, usage details, device information, cookies and billing records as described in our separate Privacy Policy.

Credits, Pricing and Payments

  • AI generations use credits. Credit costs and prices are shown before you buy or generate.
  • Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
  • If a generation fails on our side, the credits for that generation are returned to your account.
  • Purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
  • Prices may change with notice; changes do not affect credits you already bought.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms other users, us, or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every generated wrap will look exactly as described, that it will display identically on every vehicle or software version, or that the service will always be available.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tesla Wrap Generator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tesla Wrap Generator and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Tesla Wrap Generator is established, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be resolved as permitted by applicable law.
